Have a friend who doesn’t want to do any exercise besides curling wine glasses or margaritas on vacation? Bring ‘em along!
Start the new year off by learning a few new practices to enhance your wellness. Think of it as a sampler plate of food or fine wine - except this is nourishing for your mind and body. You may really love a specific pose or enjoy a new breathing technique. You owe it to yourself to check the box of that resolution to do something for yourself in 2026.

We will be @ CafeB Tuesdays from 9-920am to demonstrate, introduce and guide a new modality each week from January 13 - February 10.
If you can’t make that time, but want to learn a few self care and restorative techniques you can always join us at Medano Beach most Wednesday evenings at sunset for vacation yoga.
